At Verrill Dana, the mission of our Mentoring and Associate Development Committees is to successfully assist in the integration, development and retention of highly competent and productive lawyers.

To create a strong legal team, it is necessary to have a staff focused professional development program that looks to build professional skills and confidence, promote personal development, and attract and retain quality staff. Our Continuing Verrill Dana Education program, through training and development, looks to continually enhance and improve the skills and knowledge of our staff to be more efficient and effective in our work to be as productive and effective as possible for our clients.
