Biography

Marie Mueller assists the firm's senior litigators with all aspects of case management and analysis, in-depth legal research and writing, and trial preparation. Marie's practice focuses on product liability defense, insurance defense, probate litigation and other complex litigation matters. Marie served as a writer and editor on the Boston College Uniform Commercial Code Reporter-Digest. Marie and her partner won the intramural Negotiations Competition at BC Law, and she brings her ability to craft creative arguments and view problems from all angles to every matter she works on.

Marie and her husband reside in Portland with their daughter and son. They enjoy cooking together, the Red Sox, watching Jeopardy, and exploring the cultural and outdoor offerings of their adopted home state.
