Kevin is a giver of practical advice to businesses and a trusted advisor to many of New England's finest middle-market manufacturers, distributors, service providers and technology companies. He maintains a sophisticated and diverse practice with particular focus on transactional representation, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, the structuring of joint ventures and strategic relationships, and angel, venture, private equity, commercial lender and other financings. In his more than 27 years of practice, the principal focus of Kevin’s practice has been M&A, and he has negotiated and closed countless mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and similar transactions. As a valued and trusted advisor, Kevin serves many of his clients as outside general counsel, and advises them regularly regarding angel, venture, private equity and other financings; contract and commercial matters; and licensing and other intellectual property matters.
