Biography

Kurt E. Klebe focuses his practice in all aspects of estate planning, probate administration and trust administration as well as tax planning and charitable gift planning for individuals and nonprofit entities. Kurt is the Chair of the Private Clients Group and Chair of the Nonprofit Organizations Group. He also serves on the Planned Giving Committees of numerous charitable organizations. He is a frequent speaker on estate planning topics, and recently served on the Maine Bar Association's Uniform Trust Committee in its efforts to review and update Maine's law governing trust administration.

Kurt has been recognized as a Best Lawyer in America® in the practice of Trusts and Estates and has been elected as a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
