Biography

Kathryn’s clients benefit from her more than 20 years of experience handling complex commercial real estate matters. Whether representing borrowers or lenders in commercial loan transactions, landlords or tenants in retail and office leasing, or real estate investors acquiring or disposing of properties, Kathryn pursues the best business outcomes for her clients. Kathryn’s clients and their business objectives are unique and no two real estate transactions are the same. With that in mind, Kathryn seeks to truly understand her clients’ goals at the outset of each engagement to ensure their path to success is clear.

Kathryn joined Verrill Dana after practicing real estate law in Boston since 1996. She has represented business and individual clients with real estate interests across the United States.

When not working, Kathryn can be found volunteering at school functions and cheering on the sidelines of her three children’s games. Kathryn enjoys skiing, hiking, traveling with her family, walking her dog, and baking (especially with chocolate as the main ingredient).
