Verrill Dana Counsel to Lead Intervenor at Dirigo Health Reform Act Hearings

Will Stiles served as lead attorney for the Maine State Chamber of Commerce in the Dirigo Health Aggregate Measurable Cost Savings hearings before the Dirigo Health Agency Board of Directors and the Maine Superintendent of Insurance in 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008. He coordinated national and local experts in health policy and/or health care finance, developed strategy, and prosecuted cases that were instrumental in reducing the Saving Offset Payment paid by Maine businesses (an assessment on paid health claims) by well over $100 Million.
