BOSTON - Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Senior Attorney

Verrill Dana, LLP is seeking a partner-level Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation attorney to join our well-established employee benefits practice group and thriving Boston Office.  Verrill Dana’s Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation group includes 10 attorneys, who conduct a national practice based in the firm’s Portland, Maine office.  The firm’s employee benefits and executive compensation clients include large health systems, colleges and universities, banks and financial service companies, energy and bio-tech companies, publicly traded companies, well-known privately owned businesses, and more. 

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in employee benefits and executive compensation, demonstrated abilities to develop business and mentor junior attorneys, and at least $750,000 in portable business.  A significant client base in health care and higher education are of particular interest to the firm, given our group’s strong presence in those areas.
