News Verrill Dana, LLP Ranked In National Client Service Survey

Verrill Dana, LLP, one of northern New England's leading full service law firms, has been recognized for excellence in client service by a prestigious survey of major national and international businesses.  Verrill Dana is the only law firm in northern New England included in the BTI Consulting Group's 2006 Survey of Client Service Performance for Law Firms as a member of the "BTI Client Service A-Team."

BTI's findings are based on independent interviews with over 200 corporate counsel at large and Fortune 1000 organizations. Law firms recognized in this annual survey "perform better than their competitors in the client service arena," according to BTI. "They have differentiated themselves from the competition through delivery of superior client service."

Verrill Dana was ranked on the Honor Roll in eight of the seventeen client service categories by which survey respondents ranked law firms, including Best at Client Focus; Best at Understanding the Client's Business; Best at Advising on Business Issues; Best in Regional Reputation; and Best at Keeping Clients Informed.
