Portland, ME (July 9, 2010) - Daniel Maranci, head of Verrill Dana's Immigration & Global Migration Group is representing Laura and Dean Franks, a British couple who own a restaurant in Wells, Maine. Last year, Mr. and Mrs. Franks learned that their business had been classified as "marginal," and, as such, they would not be permitted to renew their E-2 visas.
