How to Train Your Managers on the Meaning of Good Documentation

Doug Currier, Chair of Verrill Dana’s Labor & Employment Group, will lead this workshop, which will not only describe how to properly document personnel decisions, but will also identify ways to effectively train managers to understand how to “write up” an employee, so as to ensure that the counseling form helps accomplish its stated goal, and avoids creating legal difficulties at a later date.
