The Labor & Employment Department of Verrill Dana will be hosting a

breakfast workshop:  

“DOES YOUR HANDBOOK DISCLAIMER REALLY WORK?
Problems with your employee handbook you never knew you had”   

This seminar will address both employee rights and employer responsibilities in the context of an employee handbook. What should be included and what should not be included, common mistakes employers make, etc.
