The Labor & Employment Department of Verrill Dana will be hosting a breakfast workshop:
“Workers’ Compensation Cost Containment Strategies for a Challenging Economy"
The workshop will focus on cost containment and other methods of spending worker’s compensation money wisely, by using judicious support in medical management, well-defined light duty programs, surveillance and vocational rehabilitation, as well as other tools available under the Act. Also included will be some of the most recent court and Board decisions that may impact our clients.
